Located at 498 Leonard Street, this multi-family residential complex is designed to look like a singular building. But, in actuality, it is made up of separate buildings -- 498, 500, and 502 Leonard -- united with a cohesive facade. The original iteration of this facade was designed to relate to the surrounding context of traditional row houses, with a modern twist. However, the present built condition favored a simpler, modern approach. The complex sits four stories high, with a penthouse that is set back from the front facade.
